Order processing time
Time between when the customer places the order and the seller hands it over to the courier.
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after order/payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends may be slightly delayed.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during regular business hours, except holidays. We do everything possible to minimise shipping delays.
Shipping costs
- Standard delivery — 3 to 5 business days: €8
- Express delivery — 1 to 2 business days: €15
Zone and delivery time
Total delivery time = Processing time + Delivery time (depending on your location).
